Keyyo & Hampus Hedström – The Farewell Tour

After seven years and hundreds of episodes, Kristina ”Keyyo” Petrushina and Hampus Hedström decided to wrap up their popular podcast ”Frågar åt en kompis” (Asking for a Friend). The farewell was celebrated with a grand nationwide tour: The Farewell Tour.

Gul PR was commissioned to maximize the attention surrounding the tour and the podcast’s conclusion. By highlighting Keyyo and Hampus’ journey from young YouTube pioneers to becoming two of the country’s most prominent media personalities, we crafted a narrative about friendship and the end of a unique era in Swedish podcast history.

The result was a highly successful media campaign, including appearances on several of Sweden’s largest TV programs, national radio, and extensive interviews in major newspapers. The tour was covered by media outlets across the country, providing the best friends with the spectacular finale they and their listeners deserved.
