Småkraft – Strategic Crisis Communication and Media Training

Småkraft is Europe’s largest operator of small-scale hydropower plants and a key player in the green energy transition, producing over 2 TWh of renewable energy annually. As a modern energy company in a complex sector, the need for reliable and professional communication is essential.

Gul PR was commissioned to proactively prepare spokespeople for transparent and open communication. The scope of work included developing a strategy for crisis communication, as well as practical media training for the management team. We also provided ongoing executive support within this field.
